- Package Not Provided to Fedex Open
This is regarding my package which I gave it to "Kapish International" person name Jitender contact number "**********" address J-*, Lajpat Nagar *, Lajpat Nagar *, Delhi - ******, Near Sanjivani Medical.
He picked the package from me on **th September to deliver to USA. I am trying to connect him since almost ** days and he is not responding my calls and not responding on whats app. Initially he gave me a tracking number "************" on **st September (attached screenshot "**-sept.jpg" date and informed that my package is in transit. However when I checked the status of my package using your website for tracking package, I realize that it was withdrawn with-in ** min after sending the package. Attaching screen shot of whats app which has all details for reference.
I tried calling on other number also given on their website "**********", First time someone picked and updated that they will revert back. Next day, he again send me another tracking number "************" on *st Oct **** (*st-oct.jpg) I got confuse to see the tracking details and contacted fedex.
After communication with Fedex I got a update that this shipment was booked under account number : TIMES EXPRESS, who is a Freight forwarder for FedEx. They requested to contact them for further details.
I connected with TIMES EXPRESS on mobile number **********. They informed me that they got a request of this in whatsapp with invoice detail and they never received the packet.
I am attaching all details Fedex mail, Kapish international person chat on whats app, along with Times express chat over message and the invoice they shred with me in attachment.
