Tanmay Kakati filed complaint against Homex Packers and Movers on Oct 17, 2020
I moved a package containing * boxes using Homex Packers and Movers on **nd August **** from Bangalore to Guwahati.
It has been * weeks since the items were picked up from my Bangalore residence, they promised to deliver the item within * days. Upon repeated inquiries over a month with a Homex employee, I did not receive the package.
I have been constantly monitoring the status on the Delhivery website which is their delivery partner. When I checked yesterday, I found that the delivery status was marked as Delivered on **th October. But I have not received the package.
Today (**th October ****) I went to the Delhivery head office in Guwahati and when I inquired there, they reported back saying they could not find the package and the item has been lost.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
