F***B******* is the reference number to the courier i had sent from bangalore to trivandrum on **th september, ****. I wanted the parcel to be delivered it urgently as it had some cosmetics used for bridal makeup as my sister works as a bridal makeup artist. i am going to the First Flight office every day for the past * days and they said it will be delivered on the same day. today, they say that they are not able to track the shipment. I want first flight to compensate for the loss of package if it is lost and also for all the mental agony. Today, the employees in their kundalahalli, bangalore office even tried to assault me physically which was avoided as some other people interfered in between. This sort of behavior to customer also has to stop and i want to also consider legal action on the same. The package is still not traceable and it has been * weeks since i had sent the package from first flight courier's office in kundalahalli, Bangalore. I want the courier company to be taken to court for such gross mishandling on a shipment.
