Laxmi Saree Shop Indore - Package not delivered

I ordered * kurti set from Laxminsaree.com on **th July ****. They promised me to deliver the parcel in three days but not delivered. According to theor delivery policy they take maximum * working days to deliver in same nation. They haven't provided any tracking number for the parcel. They do not have any contact number in their website even I am not able to cancel my order because there is no cancellation tab highlighted in my order. On checking my orders on their website it is only showing currently dispatched. I even sent mails to "laxmisaree*@gmail.com" email id mentioned on their website for customer support several times asking for update of my order but they are not replying back.
