ThrottLogic com - Package Not Delivered

I purchased products from Throttlogic.com on the aforementioned date and I am yet to receive the products in Mumbai.I interacted with their customer care number which is being handled by the proprietor. This helpline facilitates a whatsapp chat and a never ending saga of back and forth discussions with the owner started from the **th of June **** and ended on the **th of the same month. In the intervening period I was offered multiple delivery dates and a promise of refund. None of the promises have been kept so far,be it delivery of goods or a refund of the amount. What was highly suspicious and a strong reason motivating me to lodge this complaint was his refusal to part ways with basic information like a tracking number/AWB of the consignment since he claimed that the products were on the way and the delay was caused by the logistics partner ( DTDC in this case !). This complaint should serve the purpose of intimating gullible customers about the presence of such scrupulous elements present in the online marketplace.
