Winni - Package not delivered

I had ordered flowers+chocolates+greeting card. In the afternoon **-**-****
order number ***********
Now I got a call from +************ asking to change to flowers to cake as flowers are not available. Trust me, I had asked abt the flowers availability thrice to the representative over chat. All of them said it is available. Now I changed my mind to cake & I am calling this guy, he is not receiving my call nor the customer car number ********** is available. Which says service from *am to ** pm.
As have allready paid & the wanted delivery tomorrow I am worried.
Will ypu gonna answer my phone or shud I complaint to police..?

Now on mail, not on call msgs nor on chat
