Flipkart & Elica - Package not delivered

I have ordered elica gas stove from flipkart on **th Aug **** and it was about to be delivered on **th August **** but it was not. It is reached to my nearest shipment hub but it is rotating between three places chapra, parsa and dighwara and, when i asked to flipkart they said we don't have enough information about that concern team will reach out to you and I strictly told to them don't bother my parents (their mob no is mentioned in delivery address) call to my cell don't call them but every time they are calling to them and making them bother. And forcing them to cancel the order and replace it again. While I'm writing this complaint today's date is **th of September but still my product is not delivered and they are continually forcing us to cancel and replace it again, when we are asking them to tell the exact reason they don't have the answer. Please help.
