Dear Team,
I purchased below mentioned product. The guaranteed delivery date is **/**/****. Seems the delhivery team updated the status as delivery attempted on **th and **th. But on those * days logistics team contacted me to pickup from their location, Their location is also not too short, Its more than ** Kms ahead from my delivery location.
Logistics Team
Day *: They called me and speaking arrogantly as "We will not deliver to you address, Do the things as you can", and asking me to pickup.
Day *: The called and speaking about humanity as " We are very poor, amazon is not paying that much money to deliver these long distances" like that and Asking me to pickup.
I'm following customer support team multiple times for the past * days. Seems the logistics team denying to deliver it.
CS Team
Day *: I escalated to CS team, They said this issue escalated and will the delivered on **th EOD, But nothing happened.
Day *: Again informed CS, they said again escalated, It will be delivered on **th EOD, But nothing happened.
Amazingly, courier team saying on **th EOD that, " We do not have any escalations or calls from amazon, we saying for your goodwill, please arrange pickup by yourself, Else we will cancel your order" like that.
I have few questions,
*) Why I'm Struggling a lot to get the product delivered to a serviceable pincode after making payment for a product?
*) Since there is no escalation/ instruction/memo/anything for delhivery means, Was I got fooled by amazon by believing amazon CS team's escalation words?
*) Delhivery Team, teaching me about humanity. Why I have to bother about humanity for a paid service? Do I get anything free from you?
*) Also Delhivery saying, Amazon not paying for long distances. Do I responsible for your issue?
*) Delhivery threatening that, They will cancel this order stating as undelivered. who are you guys to cancel my order with amazon?
*) How can I pickup a washing machine in hand?
*) why they cancelled my order without my knowledge
Day * now (**/**/****) Delhivery team gave a missed call and marked as delivered attempted and canceled my order mentioned as multiple attempts.
