On **th April ****, I had placed an order for two cupboards, a single door and a double door XL. The estimated date was given as **th April ****. On the estimated date the single door cupboard alone was delivered by the delivery agent. When asked about the second one, he mentioned that another delivery agent is delivering it separately on the same day since it is heavy. I was unhappy with the sing door cupboard delivered due to the unavailability of sections within the cupboard and i was unaware of it due to lack of pictures or details in the site for it. So I decided to cancel the order completely and texted the rentomojo executive about the situation through the app. Since the second package had not been delivered yet he asked me to wait till the delivery so that i could send the both cupboards back with the delivery agent from the doorstep. And while this was happening the order status in my profile was inactive, in delivering mode. I waited but the package was not delivered. From the next day i.e May *, my order status became active in my profile and the charges have been applied for this month while the package has not even been delivered. It's May *nd and still the package hasn't arrived and when I try to contact the executive through the app or phone call, they seem to be busy or not responsive.And the worst part is the order requires the Autopay setup from my bank account. I request the respective authorities to kindly see to it as soon as possible. I haven't been able to unpack and settle into my new house without the cupboard and they sure have put me in a difficult situation which affects my daily routine including work. Rentomojo owes me rs.**** which i had paid as the deposit and for the trouble caused till now I require a compensation too.
