Xpressbees Courier shiprockef - Package not delivered

My Friend Who Is A Home Baker Had Couriered *kg Brownies, */*kg Bajra Sesame Crackers And Methi Puri From Mumbai On *rd Aug ****, To Kochi, Kerala. However This Has Not Yet Been Delivered. I Had Received A Message On **th Aug That It Will Be Delivered However Till Evening It Didnot Come And I Called The Delivery Boy's Number Which Was Given In The Message And He Said He Had Been Trying My Number And Since He Didnt Get Thru They Didnt Come To Deliver. I Asked Him His Location And Since He Was Nearby , I Said Will Send My Husband To Pick It Up However He Said They Wl Deliver The Next Day. I Told Him These Are Edible Items And Might Get Spoiled So Need It. He Then Assured Me That He Would Deliver It While Going Home. Post This His Number Is Not Reachable. I Complained With Regards To This On The Toll Free Number And They Assured That They Will Get The Items Delivered Within ** Hrs And This Was On **th Aug. I Had Spoken To Isha At Their Toll Free Number. Later again I spoke to so many different customer service agents however they only are able to say sorry and tell that they have put it on priority to deliver the package. Today Is **st Aug And It Is almost **days Since I Have Not Received My Parcel. This has just gone out of hand. My food items must have gotten spoilt also.
