Ordered Dairy Milk & Lovely Roses Combo for my sister and paid ***/- on **th April ****. By evening I got a call from the number ********** and he informed we cannot deliver the package and hence adding a coupon to the wallet. He also told the information sent to my mail I checked the mail instantly and told its not yet received and asked him to resend while on call. He disconnected the call. I didnt get any coupon or mail yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
