On *th Feb **** I booked a item Ardent Romance and I paid the full amount by UPI

The reference number for my order was******.

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on *th Feb ****, but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act ****. With this package there were commitment and emotions attached which have been hurt. Number of calls were made on given phone # ********** and were asked to wait but after waiting of even ** min no one came on line,

Time is now essential The purpose of the gift time is over and moreover it was mentioned that delivery is in Hotel so the concern person has checked out. Sorry but my first experience is bad with you. Please find the attached payment proof below and I expect full refund.
