U P Handkrafts Handlooms Centre W gate Taj Mahal Agra - Package not delivered

Sir/madam,
I am writing this complaint in pertaining to the fraudulent activity done by the said company as we had purchased some items from them on *th Aug ****. The shopkeeper, this oldman told us to pay **% of the total amount and balance will be paid at the time of delivery. So that I have paid the sum of INR**** and my friend paid INR**** for his order. And now it's been a fortnight since we bought the things and no further response from their side. We called the number mentioned on the bill and are getting a switched off message. Please do take immediate action on this ordeal happened to me and my friend.
