Kreeva couture - Package Not Delivered

Ordered * products from them on * Jan**. Payment is deducted from account and received acknowledgement from them. However no update since then. Emails doesn't get delivered at given email and contact number mentioned is of another company of same name, which is main reason for this confusion.
