I had placed an order through www.shaaradi.com for a sari on **rd November ****. Their shipping policy says the product gets shipped out after *-* days. It has been ** days and there has been no status update, let alone the delivery of the order. It is a prepaid order so my money is also stuck. I have tried to reach out to them through multiple emails and Instagram DMs yet have not received a single reply till date.
Since the order was required for a specific event, I had to eventually pay extra to get another sari from elsewhere.
I have suffered so much due to their negligence and fraudulent behaviour. I require them to refuny money back now and apologize for the huge inconvenience and stress they have caused me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
