I have sent an * parcel last year * oct **** and they have told that the package is lost and they will refund the amount but still ** months happend they are not refunding or receiving the call and always disconnecting the calls if i call the professional courier and the courier centre guy did a very rude behaviour and the customer care is also not responding if they pick up the call also they will tell the reason that the signature is not happed for refund his manager is not available from ** months the manager is not avaliable
