I have ordered a cake for my brother's wedding anniversary. I paid for the cake **** including fixed time delivery also. I haven't received a NY email confirmation. I was a bit doubtful and called to customer service so many times, noone picked up. I emailed three four times to follow up, but no reply. I never got my order, nor it was accepted. I lost my money. Worst experience ever. These people are frauds.
