I had purchased the product on **th Aug '**. I made the payment through credit card with EMI option of ** months. The delivery date was **th Aug '**. Today is the **st Aug '**. I called up their support number to which a lady answered. When inquired about the situation I was told that product is out of stock. Upon insisting on cancelation of the order she replied that they would sent the product when its in stock. I , as a buyer, would like the amount refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
