I contracted Leo Packers and Movers India Private Limited on **-September-**** via Invoice No H ***** for packing my household goods from Hyderabad, safe storage, and then transport to my residence in Bangalore. As part of the quotation I also paid Rs. **** towards insurance of goods for declared value of Rs. *,**,***/-.

Leo team insisted on full payment to be done prior to delivery, and accordingly I had to pay the full amount before the delivery at Bangalore on **-April-****. However at the time of delivery it was observed that few of my household items including one chair and a carton box containing several kitchen items were missing. I was promised that these shall be delivered later.

After several follow ups with the Leo executive and the Managing Director Mr. Shah over a period of * months, I was continuously promised these items shall be delivered soon. Leo move coordinator Mr. Krishna Murthy demanded additional amounts of Rs.**** and Rs. **** from me for finding my goods in the godown and transporting them to me. Hoping to somehow recover my missing goods, I paid these amounts to him personally via UPI. A total of Rs. **** was taken from me as this bribe by the move coordinator.

After close to * months of keeping promising to deliver the missing items, Leo executives and Managing Director stopped responding to my calls, messages and emails. In the meantime they identified my missing chair in their godown and sent me a picture of the same.

Also my two wheeler and Bicycle which were taken by Leo initially promising to be couriered, were later sent to me via *rd party courier-Safexpress for which I had to pay Rs. **,*** additionally.

Overall I have been cheated for more than Rs. **,*** by Leo Packers and Movers India Pvt Limited as below.

Missing Nilkamal plastic chair - Rs. **** Missing Kitchen appliances - Rs. **** Bribe taken for searching missing goods - Rs****

Additional paid for bike and cycle transport Rs. *****.

Demand refund Rs***** to compensate my losses.
