fashchic 15 - Package not delivered

I ordered * items from this site called fashchic** on ** feb ****(order id- ******) (Tracking id by xpressbee-**************) and i haven't received my package uptill today that is * july ****. I figured out this site is a complete scam. They have no cod options that is the payments will be made in advance. They lack proper customer care system, just a mailing id which they rarely reply to. Their insta comments are disabled to scam viewers. I received a mail on **th of june that my order is packed finally. However their delivery partner xpressbee says that the package was never picked as fashchic is not ready to hangover them any package. And so they have to cancel it. Fashchic is not ready to refund or deliver my order neither do they reply to my mails.
