Would like to bring to the notice, that I had ordered a pair of Juttis from Pairfeet, and paid amount of Rs ****/- to Tiksha Panchariya on Feb **th. Since then there has been no communication, status update, delivery tracking whatsoever. Tiksha Panchariya nor pairfeet has been taking my calls, nor are they bothered to even reply to my whatsapp messages. Infact after continuous whatsapp messages, a single message I received was "My grand mother has got Kara Attack". After that again a silence , no updates of any kind. She has the audacity to ask me that "u can read?", implying her earlier message of grandma getting kara attack. It has been a month since this ordeal began. And there seems to be no end. The phone calls are not attended, messages are not read, let alone reply. Since March *th, ****, Pairfeet has even stopped sending daily dose of product pictures as well. Prior to that, before I could order, everyday I received numerous pictures of Juttis, along with customer feedback and great reviews. Once I ordered and paid through Google Pay, everything stopped , just like an act of vanishing in thin air. It has been a very harrowing experience for me , running behind these fraudsters for what is rightfully mine.
I request others to be careful while ordering online , as such fraudsters are prying their eyes on innocent customers.
