One plus 7 T - Package not delivered

Walk in star did fraud to me and because of that I've been going through tough times. In this covid times people are going through tough times and so do I. On **/**/**, I order one plus * T for my sister's birthday through walk in star but it didn't delivered till now. I've been trying contacting the company from a very long time but it's impossible to reach them. It's been a year and still I'm suffering from the loss and the mental trauma. I want full refund as it was a hard earned money. Exactly at **:** am I paid the money from Google pay to the company but I'm helpless now as the package was not delivered and the company is out of reach.
