E Com Express - Package not delivered

I recived a message from ecom express last friday -* january **** that they will be delivering my package on that day..But i didnt received any calls ,so that at noon i rang upon them and the delivery boy was making fake excuse like 'he tried cakling me ,aftr reacjing near my house..but my no. Was not available and all..And then again on Sunday again i got a meassage that my package will be delivered today..Again i dnt recived any calls from them till noon..I rang upon them ..And the delivery boy told me that 'the package is in the office..He is in another route'..And then they made a call on monday and i was unable to atend the call.Then i recived a call at evwning from e com express that they are returning my package to the seller,since they attempted * times t delivr it..But actually i got a call only once..And that package contained a medicine for my foot ..I just wanna get my order as soon as possible..Why is this e com express behaving si rudely and irresponsiblym.Worst services..ever..
