Mamaearth in - Package not delivered yet

I have purchased few products on mamaearth website on **th june the estimated delivery date was ** june then.
But now its just keep increasing it has become from **june to *th july i have also sent a mail regarding this

It has now become *th july
When will i get my products?
Will i ever get it?
I understand the lockdown and all situation but all other sites are delivering their products within a week

Which they have closed without solving the issue so i complained again new ticket number: **********

I have tried calling on the number given on site i have tried mailing and all possibilities
Hope to get help soon.

I understand due to lockdown its not possible for quick delivery but just delaying the delivery date everyday is also not the solution. Its very irritating.
Hope you understand my concern.

I have attached two ss of dates ** june and today.
The date just get increasing, no other thing available like tracking or whats actually happening etc.

I keep getting the mails and texts and all kind of advertisements about buying more products and sale and everything but if the products are jot delivered who will buy them again?

Hope to see some real action soon.
