I ordered two sarees on *nd December from the website https://laxmisaree.com and paid for them online through atm card. I tried to contact them so many times but never got any information about my product.After it I complaint about them on razorpay (through which I paid) and got an email that refund is initiated in my wallet of laxmi saree from where I can trafer that money in my bank account but when I tried to transfer that amount in my bank account then I found that there is not any option of transferring money in my bank account.After it again I complaint about it but still not got any reply from anyone.
