I placed an order after seeing the add on Facebook page. As soon I made the payment on *th October, tracking details was sent to me and delivery was shown on the *th day. As the * th day passed, tracking details still was shown as courier partner awaiting. Then I called on their complain number provided on their fb page, I had words with them and I asked them to cancel my order and refund for the same. They asked me to send my UPI number and QR code which I did. Since then, my calls are not answered, neither my complain is being entertained. There is no revert back from their team. Neither I received the package nor my hard earned money.

I haven't received the parcel. I ordered an article on **th October and paid *** for it. I still didn't get any tracking ID or a solution for this problem after messaging several times.
