I placed two orders in Dec'** (LLC******** & LLC********) and to my surprise they didnt send the product in the promised time. I cooperated thinking its a small brand but then when i realised something is fishy then i called the company. Most of the times they do not take calls but they did respond on insta chat (thats where i discovered them) The said they are sorry for the delay and will ship the product by mid Jan'**. I waited and again they didn't send the shipment. On Jan** **** i cancelled my order and asked for a refund after the company failed to send the shipment. They never returned the money and one fine day they said they'll return the money on **/**/****. Now its been two days. They have stopped responding now (both on phone as well as instagram). I really want to sue the directors now as they are taking their customers on a ride.
