Flipstars 20 - Package not delivered payment done

I ordered a winter set for baby boy on **th nov and received the confirmation message with the order number as well. On *nd dec, i received a message saying item shipped. It is ** dec today, i havnt received my order. I am from Chandigarh. They do not reply to the mails neither the call is ever connected.
