Myflowerapp - Package not delivered No response from Customer Support

I have placed order on *rd July **** got udpate it will be delivered tomorrow because the delivery Area is remote which is not true then they by afternoon it will be confirmed but that didn't happen. NO RESPONSE NO REFUND.
