We have order on **nd June **** with order no #BDD** after paying Rs ***.** though debit card. After some time got message that order got delivered. To our surprise we have not got any call from the delivery person further cell no mention of delivery boy was not reachable. Immediately we call to the help desk for assistance in this regard. Person attending the call also expressed her inability to contact the delivery boy and had assured that the due assistance after making the complaint. To our surprise we got message that refund is not possible due to policy’s of Ubereats.
We request your assistance in this regard.
