No Reference ID for Update KYC submission
My AWB number: ************. The problem started when I received your mail and has been constantly asking for updates: KYC that needs to be updated. KYC needs a reference ID to update, which I do not have, how to get it, or to send KYC to any other email ID to be acceptable, if not I have mailed * But all these auto answer KYC needs to be updated online. There is no opportunity to talk to anyone in Direct Customer Care, because all the phones are engaged or diverted, not working or None is aware of the process to provide me the solution. In such a situation, isn't FedEx causing a bad customer experience?In the meantime, you are increasing my demurrage charges by mail every day. It's very strange to me! I can't send KYC, I can't contact you, that are no headache, you're doing business online like a robot. At least you will have a solution, you have to talk to me on the telephone, how to send KYC to you, you have to send some other mail id, which is your job, I have been going to the latter for the last ten days but no reply from you.I think there is a lot of damage to your system in this epidemic and you can't repair it right now, so I didn't have a reference ID or give it to me and if you can't fix this problem.Hence Me, and my shipment in danger. You say there is no KYC so I can't send. And I can't send KYC, I can't call, since I don't have a reference ID. What is happening! I'm very upset when I first went to work with you.Most interesting part is while trying to follow KYC procedure it shows as 'Your Shipment is already completed'. So far we haven't received any. Also your customer care employee says the same thing but he can't able to prove when and where the shipment was handed over to whom and finally asking us to complete the KYC process. WTF is happening. In any case, make arrangements to take my KYC and deliver my shipment to me properly. That is my requestElse, no other go for me have to reach the consumer court for this issue.
