I ordered bras from the Indian ladies website on the *th of June and paid via UPI because there was no COD. I received a mail over successful payment transaction which I did via razorpay.
After that no contact whatsoever at all. Couldn't track the order cause I ordered over Instagram and didn't create an account.
The number they have provided on the website for contact is switched off at all times. I mailed them several times and no reply at all. I complained to razorpay and for a few days a representative acted like he was gonna inform them and let them know but with two mails he also stopped contacting me. I have repeated sent mails to both razorpay and the website but no reply and a death end from their side.
I don't even have any contact number. It's been * months already and I would really like my money back.
I've had enough of these scammers. Please take down their website, ruthless daylight robbery is being done and no one is here to help me get my money back.
Please somehow help me get my money back. I don't want the product anymore. I just want my money back..
Im done with these fraud websites trying to use online shopping as an advantage to make money. What about the innocent people losing money. Aren't we humans too who need to survive this pandemic. I want to inform others and make sure they don't make the same mistake I did.
Please help me with the necessary steps.
