zomato food app orderid
- Package not delivered but charged Closed
On * August I had placed an order for a biryani from Behrouz Biryani -through the Zomato app. There was some problem probably with the delivery van which led to delay .Finally after an hour an a half of waiting , I cancelled the order with behrouz over phone . The order however showed as delivered on my app . When I called behrouz the next morning I was told they had informed Zomato to refund the amount to me .This was not done . Has not happened till date . Moreover Despite repeated emails and chats to Zomato there is NO response from them . Where is a customer to turn to in such cases ?
I am crying for my refund - but not to mention the time wasted on follow ups , calls , mental agony , frustration and stress . I feel cheated by Zomato . I want my refund back .
I have on record all the chat screen shots and also my emails to the company . There have been no response . Like they are the kings !
