Dipali enterprises - Package not delivered Ask extra money

Order ***** rupees. A* sheet paper purchase. Includes GST and transportation. From Assam to tamilnadu. I pay **%(*****) already. Balance need to pay after delivery in**-**-****.but now they inform me customs hold the courier ask ***** for insurance for goods. Also they informed me buyer need to pay this ***** rupees. I think company and courier company all fraud. They no send any goods. They cheat only.
