Sendbest gift - Package not delivered as per order

I have ordere choclate and cookies package to be delivered to varanasi on choclate day occassion in february **** from sendbest gift.com team. The package cost was Rs.**** all inclusive. I have ordered the package on the basis of pictorial presentation of the package availbale on their website as they not itemized the package on website. I have paid the money before delivery.However against the promised package of Rs. **** they have delivere items amounting Rs. *** only including packaging, as the packagin was also not as per standard.

Post which i have registered my complaint to them on their customer care and through e-mail, post this n number of complaints and discussion they agree that yes there is some fault on their side and they will exchange the gift this they agreed by **th or **th of feb **** by the time they have ruined the occassion.

I have requested to them that i dont want exchange and refund my money as due to them i have a suffered a lot in relationship terms. I have all the screen shot available with me.
