Bestbuy - Package not delivered and they said payment more

Dear sir/mam, I would like to inform you that I had purchased a iphone * plus (***GB) which is buy from BestBuy Ltd which is in Texas, Dallas , United states of America. When I was purchased BestBuy said to me we have to provide iphone * plus in ***** Rs but when courier comes in India they said to me Custom charges available.which is ***** Rs I have to pay because of that I thinked a phone who available in india ***** Rs maybe possible after custom charges pay phone will be on my doorstep but they were moved from another language and said to me In custom officer check consignment and there are * peace phone available which in mention in attachment . They said to me you first pay ***** Rs delivery charges then consignment will comes on your doorstep.... When I was only buy one phone which is iphone * plus (***GB) then why they forced me you will pay for this otherwise you lost your all things which is ***** Rs and iphone * plus (***Gb). Please sir/ mam I want justice. Because I was belong from middle class family that's why ***** Rs Big Deal.
