Ecom Express Courier Services in Ranni - Package not delivered and the courier agency is cancelling and returning the products without my kno

This is regarding the delivery of different products I ordered from Ajio. The delivery agents in Ecom Express in Ranni, Pathanamthitta,kerala are not attempting any delivery and they cancel and return the products without my knowledge. They are behaving very rudely and when I complained in Ajio the delivery agent is like threatening me for complaining. They don't even text me the details of the delivery and the AWB no like the other courier agencies.

These are the orders that were cancelled saying the delivery was attempted.
They are also cancelling my prepaid orders also. They're still returning the products I ordered after these orders.

This has been going on for around a month now. I've suffered mentally and has lost my precious time due to them. Since most of the products were cash on delivery i didn't lose any money. But they aren't delivering my products. They keep ith there only and return it without even attempting delivery. There's a lot of complaints regarding them already.
