I had Placed order on Teeslion.com for * Shirts under Offer of Buy * Get * free. I placed the order and made payment on **/**/**** and even got a confirmation for Order received through Mail and another mail on **/**/**** that the order has been dispatched. but even after ** days I did not receive the product or any information. When I tried to mail back on customer care the mail bounced back. I got a contact number of TeesLion online through Facebook, when I contacted them they said the delivery will not be done. And asked me to Download AnyDesk (so that they could access all my files) when I refused for AnyDesk they said that refund will not be made and dont disturb us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
