I placed an order with on the **nd January. Unbelievably I have still not received the item, and on checking the status online I can see that it has been in customs for a month with no one to contact or information on when it will be cleared. Obviously this is not acceptable and an appalling service supplied.
With this in mind and following the refund procedure I have asked for a refund. To which they had the audacity to send me store credit. This is unacceptable, why on earth would I want store credit from a company who obviously can not deliver an item to a customer. Also this item was ordered as a gift for someone who’s birthday has now obviously passed and so is useless to me.
Have since emailed them asking for it to be rectified and received no correspondence to date
