Ordered * items and prepayment was done for the same on **th of January, ****. I checked in as a guest and hence do not have an account with the shopping site. But ** days have passed since then and they haven't send me any processing or shipment details. Neither did they respond to my messages in a positive attitude. The details of the email are attached below.
