Farha Begum - Package not delivered and No response

Dear Sir,
The person named Farha Begum posted in Facebook that, she is giving Iphone ** pro max for rupees **** and Apple I watch series * for ****, so i contacted her, she gave her whats app number to contact and she said to pay the amount in advance so that you will receive the product in * days, and i have too paid the amount, after payment she said the product is shipped, after one week i have received the parcel which has only Apple airpod pro ( Not an I phone or I watch) i tried to call her many times but she didnt picked my number and after many attempts she texted me in whats app that product is shipped you will receive, but till now i havn't received products, dear sir i hope you to take necessary steps, many peoples suffered. Kindly do the needful.
