https mymmshop myshopify com mymmshop - Package not delivered and no reply

Sir ,on August *rd I order a projection tab to the my-mm-shop online by seeing a advertisement in Facebook,and I payment through upi sytem ,after payment a mail came that my order has been confirmed and I will be notified shipment status by mail and message, but til now no mesg and mail came to me that what is the position of my product .and I repitedly three times written mail to the company's mail that what is the situation but there are no reply , I think this is a fraud company and I am a victim of this , so I complain against the company.pls take necessary step as early as possible.
