I ordered a cake for my friend in Agartala, Tripura on **th May, ****. Despite getting paid in full, the executives at Winni are not picking up the phone and the order status is still shown to be processing. I haven’t yet received my refund either. Pathetic service. Whenever I’m trying to reach their customer care service, the number is getting forwarded and ends abruptly. Please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
