Zainy Aftab Modi - Package Not Delivered and Fake Signature on POD

I ordered a dress online from Facebook through a sell called Zainy Aftab Modi on **-Dec-**** at **:** hours. The seller shared the shipping details with me and I was told that my shipment will be delivered in less than a week. DTDC updated the status of my shipment as delivered when I never received it, I spoke with the seller and they refused to co-operate and when I confronted them they registered a complaint with DTDC. I got a few calls from DTDC where they asked me to collect my parcel from their office, I refused because I stay alone and I have a broken leg so I can't go to their office. DTDC associate assured that I will receive the shipment which I didn't and I have been waiting for it since new year. I again contacted the seller and they said that DTDC has shared POD with them with my sign, I asked for the evidence, they shared the POD with me and I saw that it wasn't my signature and all the sign's in that document were similar (handwriting was the same). They showed a fake proof of delivery and the seller refused to help. I never in my entire life had such an experience, I am part of the customer service industry for ** years and this is really very disappointing because you can't even trust the so-called trusted courier service.
