Winni.in - Package not delivered and did not get any response

I have made an order for one bouquet of flowers which is supposed to deliver by **th of Feb between * am - * pm and paid through online for the same. Later to that, I haven't heard back any response from them apart from that the status kept saying order processing till evening *. I tried multiple times calling to the given numbers(**********, **********) but none of them is working. I approached the live support in their website and they are not responding properly whenever I start asking about the order delivery. At evening * the order status changed to out for delivery so I thought at least it will get delivered by ** in the night. Even that didn't happen. When I ask them to cancel the order and refund me the amount on the next day they are like it is not possible to do it. How a customer will not be having an option to cancel the order.
