Qtrove.com - Package not delivered and Customer care service is deliberately ignoring the messages sent and cutti

I have put an order on qtrove and the on **rd of March
It's been a week, and I see that I'm not even able to track down the status of the order.
Also, I have read pretty bad reviews about your site only after I placed the order, saying they have been sending the products which are near to their expiry dates, and aren't even providing the refunds on cancellations or return.
And that they don't even respond to the queries, if so, what is the purpose of putting up the whatsapp number.. we don't even have any other way of approaching them

The website is www.qtrove.com and 'The shop for good things' is the tagline.
They are very good at marketing their website and are only after the revenue through it, else it is a fraud shopping website I would say!
