- Package not delivered and company not responding Closed
I bought a couple of t-shirts from pepperclub(pepperclub.in) on *th August, **** for an amount of ****.**Rs. It was an anniversary gift for one of my friends. I got an email confirmation for the same by pepperclub. But since I didn't got a expected date of delivery in the mail, I was suspicious of the site.
I thought to contact and clarify the same by customer care next day. But there was no response from their side. After seeing some facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pg/hotpepperfashion/reviews/?ref=page_internal) reviews, I realised they have cheated other customers as well.
Now, their website shows a long appology message for not being able to operate in COVID and their financial troubles. There was no followup by pepperClub for refund and they are not returning my phones and email. Its been almost a month since I placed my order.
This is my first consumer complaint with voxya and looking forward to the next steps to proceed. I looked at your fees, since Its more or less equal to amount I have lost. Since, I am not sure whether the company will pay it or not. I am offering **% of whatever amount I recieve and I am also willing to give Voxya's account number as the refund account number. Let me know, if this is fine with you.
