Placed two orders on **th July **** for my sisters. Company committed delivery by *st Aug **** and *nd Aug ****. These people are not updating me on my order. They have not delivered till now. Cant track order also.. No one is answering the call on the no. ********** which they have provided.. As per them we can reach them on whats app and when i am asking them for order status on whats app they are blocking the no. I feels like i have been cheated.. I can understand delay because of this pandemic situation but at least there should be some updated from company side.
