I have sent one package through professional courier from yelahanka to bannerghatta road on * jun ****,but item did not reach the destination till now and neither it could be tracked on professional courier website. Communicated the same to head office and regional office of professional courier through e Mail and phone calls as the agent with whom I sent the item behaving rudely and told me to raise the complaint where ever I want.But till date no response from professional courier service due to which I am undergoing a lot of agony and mental stress..I have exhausted all options and left with no other way except going to Consumer forum.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
