This complaint is against Blue dart courier service.
My daughter Mili M D was applied for a visa to Gorgia for studying medicine .The agency was V F S Global service Delhi.Visa stamped by embassy and send to my daughter Mili through Blue Dart courier service and that reached on **.**.**** at Blue Dart courier service office North Paravoor (Chendamangalam).But they did not info me that the courier reached in their office.They held the courier up to **.**.**** and return to embassy stated that the addressee not found.I am a leading merchant in Cherai town and my phone number is printed the courier cover clearly.The embassy call me and said that your visa is returned and collect it immediate.Me and my daughter went to Bangluru by car and collect the via from Bangluru.
For these reason I had closed my shop for two days and lost the profit from the same and travelling expense is extra.
